All prices, shipping costs and other surcharges are listed in Canadian Dollars.
All plants will be shipped with pots only (6"pot), unless specified by the customer. We guarantee complete satisfaction and will replace or exchange for any defective plant. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately (within 7 days upon arrival of the plants). Please send us a photo of the damaged plant and we will replace or exchange the plant for you.
You can order from us with complete assurance. All plants are inspected by Agriculture Canada for signs of disease prior shipping. Problematic plants will not be permitted for export. All international customers must pay a $20 handling fee (for packaging, Phytosanitary Certificate, CITES and customs).
All offerings are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are filled in the order in which payment arrives. We accept money order and credit cards (VISA and Master Card only). Please include your full name, card number and expiry date as they appear on your credit card.
We always pack our plants with great care; 95% of our shipment arrives in excellent condition. If special packaging method is required due to weather conditions, please advise in advance.
All shipments are insured against damages caused by shipping. Oriental Orchids will do the best to ensure that all packages are clearly labeled with 'Fragile', 'Live Plants' and 'Store at Room Temperature' signs. Any damage due to freezing, overheating and poor handling is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage occurs, please notify the carrier within 24 hours for any claims. Oriental Orchids is not liable for any damage caused by poor shipping and handling.
